Juggling isn’t just a great psysical workout for your body. Juggling will also improve your eye-hand coordination and multitasking abilities, which will help you in many other non-juggling related sports and activities.

Several scientific studies have even shown that learning to juggle will lead to positive changes and increase in the white matter of the brain.
